Kimberly Valentine

Kimberly Valentine grew up in Brentwood, California, the daughter of Elmer Valentine, founder of the Whiskey a Go Go and Roxy Theater night clubs and the Rainbow Bar and Grill on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.

Having been a commercial actress and fashion model for several years in New York and Los Angeles, she began her career in commercial real estate at the Beverly Hills office of Coldwell Banker commercial after graduating from the University of Southern California. Kimberly was a landlord focusing her attention on office leasing in Century City and several new business park developments in Santa Monica. Having completed numerous sales and leasing transactions, she moved to Auckland, New Zealand with her husband and child in 1993. There she began her commercial real estate career with Jones Lang LaSalle. Over a period of 18 years, she specialized in office and retail sales and leasing and had an impressive track record in negotiating numerous commercial and retail property transactions offering a wide range of experience and success in all facets of real estate brokerage.

In 2013 Kimberly moved back to the USA, relocating in Palm Desert California to pursue new avenues a commercial brokerage at Baddour & Associates where she continues to earn her reputation as a sales and leasing professional, creating a vision for unique tenant mixes in retail developments as well as restaurant and office leasing and sales.
