Terri Lee Ryan
Terri Lee Ryan has worked in commercial real estate sales, marketing and development for over twenty-five years in Chicago and Southern California. As a tenant rep broker for CBRE, she negotiated commercial leases and managed investment properties. She worked with the premiere Chicago residential and commercial real estate developers in marketing, sales and development.
As the former owner of the popular mid-century Canyon Hotel and Racquet Club (Palm Springs, CA), the Balboa Inn (Balboa Island, CA), and the Las Casitas Hotel (Avalon Catalina Island, CA), she spent 6 years in Asset management and operation of hotels.
She was the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Cathedral District Association in Chicago where she established the Cathedral District as a neighborhood, adjacent to the Gold Coast.
She is currently an agent at Baddour & Associates specializing in hotel investment, cannabis properties, and commercial sales and leasing.
